Yesterday's highlight! I made bread with King Arthur's organic flour. Bekah, who has been on a gluten free diet for thirteen years, had a slice with her supper. It did not make her sick. We had been hearing that some people who were gluten intolerant were actually being made sick by the herbicides used in growing the crop.
Jay and Darel went to the new greenhouse yesterday and dismantled the benches and water system. They are all ready to load up to move here. The agreement is to clean up the site. They bought quite a bit home for the dumpster.
Lots of blossoms but no hummingbirds. They arrived a few days early this spring and left a few days early this fall. I say fall because it always seems like the beginning of fall when they leave.
May God bless you on this day, Sally
