9/16/24  Every day may not be a good day but there is good in every day.

 As many of you know, I have an immune disease. bullous pemphigoid.  This past year I have had a relapse.  It lasted long enough to shut down production of my red blood cells and I became very anemic.  It has now gone into remission, my red blood cell count is normal and I am no longer anemic.  My body is now recovering from the damage done.  Please join me in being thankful when I am able to enjoy a healing sleep even when it disrupts my routine and the weather does not get posted!

   .It is sunny, calm and 61 degrees.   Sunshine today with a high of 84 and a SW breeze.  Clear tonight with a low of 57.  Sunshine tomorrow with a west breeze, a high of 85, a low of 57.  Partly cloudy Wednesday with a WSW breeze, a high of 84, a low of 57.  Cloudy Thursday with a light east breeze, a high of 81, a low of 59.  Morning clouds/afternoon sun Friday with a NE breeze, a high of 71, a low of 49.  Partly cloudy next weekend with a light NE breeze, highs about 70, lows about 45. Sunshine next Monday with a NW breeze, a high of 71, a low of 46.  Partly cloudy next Tuesday and Wednesday with NE breezes, highs about 71, lows about 48.  Cloudy Thursday the 26th with a west breeze, a high of 72, a low of 51.Clouds with west breezes Friday the 27th and Saturday the 28th.  Highs of 74, lows of 52.  Possible morning showers the weekend of the 29th and 30th with westerly breezes, highs about 72, lows  about 48.

    It was a pleasant, quiet Sunday.  Everyone enjoyed complaining about how hot it was, knowing the weather will soon change.  We  are planning to turn off the electric water heater Friday and start the cook range.  The water heater also cools  the house.  We don't need air conditioning when morning temperatures are in the forties!

    We have not seen a blue jay since that mob swooped in to eat all the acorns.  They were here for about an hour.
