Another pleasant day although watering is back on the daily to do list.  While they wait for more gravel on the greenhouse site they are cleaning up the gardens.  I thought they were done with the greenhouse groundwork.  They weren't, they stopped hauling gravel because of a problem with the loader in the gravel pit.  Bekah is busy working on spring orders.
If the weather forecast holds true we will be slipping into a drought.  Jay is going to have to set up sprinklers when he plants the winter rye.  This is a good time to plant but watering will be necessary,  Most newly planted plants need at least an inch a week. Weekly soaking is better than daily watering.  Daily watering encourages shallow roots.
May your day be blessed, Sally
