6/20/24  You are the greatest project you'll ever work on.  Restart, Reset, Refocus. As many times as you need too. Just don't give up!

Partly cloudy early in the first week of July, chance of showers on the 4th.  Highs in the low eighties, lows about 60.

There was a nice breeze yesterday but the humidity was so high the hay didn't dry enough to square bale it.  Late afternoon Thunderstorms came up.  They went around us but we got wind.  Doug was chasing the winrows of hay with the baler.  Even so some hay blew into the woods.
Some places got heavy rain.  We didn't and neither did the church box.  LaGrange did get the thunderstorm, there was a bad fire.  A barn attached to a house burned, I haven't heard if they saved the house.  It is believed to have been started by a lightning strike.  One more hot day.
Bekah's mother is visiting from New Mexico sp Bekah took the day off and went to the beach with the family.  The water was still very cold.  Jay stayed home to help customers and water plants.  And go through and stand shrubs and trees back up after the wind went through.  I watered around the house but stayed inside as much as possible.  The heat made my blisters uncomfortable.  The heat pump Gilbert put in to heat water in the summer also helps keep the house cool.
May your day be blessed, Sally
