5/3/24 To plant a garden is to believe there is a tomorrow for someone

Showers Monday morning with a WSW breeze, a high of 70, a low of 45.  Sunshine Tuesday with a strong NW breeze, a high of 70, a low of 42.  PM showers Wednesday with a strong NW breeze, a high of 62, a low of 44. A 50 % chance of showers everyday for the next 5 days with brisk easterly breezes, highs about 60, lows about 43.  A 30 to 40% chance of showers the 14th through the 17th with highs in the mid sixties, lows about 46.

Nothing new at the greenhouse yesterday.  Planting, watering, helping customers fill the days.  There is "new",  green shoots coming up where there were none the day before, flowers blossoming, shrubs and trees coming to life.  Things getting checked off the to do list, like the cole crop seedlings are all transplanted.  Cucumber seeds were put in pots for people who like to start their cucumber patches with plants.
After morning PT I went to my sister's home.  Most of her children and grandchildren were there.  We had a pleasant day together remembering the life of the "Snowman" as Lynne's husband Tom was lovingly called.
May your day be blessed.  Sally
