As one would expect, yesterday was very busy at the greenhouse.  Both Heathers were helping Jay and Bekah. Cars were parked on the road.  The greenhouse is open all day today.  Usually they are only open Sunday afternoon in May, closed on Sunday the rest of the year.
For Mother's Day  Evan and Rachel came down and replanted some hosta by the generator shed.  They also planted the flower garden in front of the get to gather room window.  Last night I covered it with remay.  It was a chilly night for the red geraniums first night out. I wanted them to keep their beauty.  Why they planted that garden,  I cleaned out the purple coneflower garden under the other window.   The hens are delighted that I'm cleaning gardens,  They love the dandelions and tender new grass.
Barbbie and Gilbert bought me an air fryer.  The girls each  had to try it last night, and said it was the queen of fryers.  Soon we'll be letting the cook range go out for the summer,  I'll enjoy the ease of the fryer then.  Aunt Barbie bought two dolls to add to the farm doll family.  The girls loved that, the boys weren't too impressed.
Mike is treating the family to pizza this afternoon.  An easy Mother's Day gathering. Easy for the mothers working in the greenhouse to grab a slice.  And their families will be fed,  May God bless you on this day, Sally
