Cloudy, calm, 46 degrees.  Afternoon showers with a strong south breeze, a high of 69.  Steady light rain this evening, showers overnight with a brisk south breeze, a low of 44.  light rain tomorrow morning with a SW breeze, a high of 68, a low of 47.  Partly cloudy Tuesday with a high of 71, a strong WNW breeze, a low of 44.  Showers Wednesday with an ENE breeze, a high of 60, a low of 42.  Cloudy Thursday with an ENE breeze, a high of 61, a low of 42.  Chilly Friday and Mother's Day weekend with showers.  Brisk NE breezes Friday and Saturday, a west breeze Sunday.  Highs in the mid fifties, lows about 40.    Showers next Monday into Tuesday morning.  A WNW breeze Monday with a high of 61, a low of 44.  A WSW breeze next Tuesday with a high of 66, a low of 46.  Occasional showers Wednesday the 15th through Sunday the 19th with brisk SW breezes, highs about 67, lows about 49.

     A pleasant day yesterday, a good day for the greenhouse.  There was a steady stream of customers.  Jay, Bekah and Heather were all busy.  Bekah had to finish watering after the greenhouse closed even though there were a lot less plants to water.  They will be open this afternoon when they get home from church.

     They spend a lot of time with the customers.  Those plants are their "babies"  They want to be sure the customer knows what each plant needs to stay healthy.  Will the plant be getting the right amount of sun?  If it is  a shrub or perennial  will it fill in its spot nicely or become too big.  If it is a fruit or vegetable they want it to produce  well.  

      Tomorrow the fruit trees arrive.  Just in time for the beginning of Open Greenhouse Week.
