The meeting at church is next week so I didn't get home very late but I forgot to cover my geraniums so they got soaked again.  After  Sunday's thunderstorms the forecast says we will be getting drier weather. Looking at the headlines we should not be complaining about our weather.   I got the water softener salt and stopped at Moardens.  I got a Fisker's hari kari knife, the last one and what I went to Marden's for.  It was Mardens so I got a few other things.  I went to the Memorial Service and visited with people I hadn't seen in years.  Either they had moved away or life had gotten too busy.  We shouldn't let that happen!
Jay sprayed for squash bugs again last night after the bees went to bed.  It has been years since we have had this bad an outbreak if ever.  The brown tailed moth caterpillars are starting a second hatch.  This is the hatch that lays the  eggs that winter over.  The two beautiful apple trees we have in the nursery are so large we can't reach the top to cut out egg masses.
The sun is shining, a lovely day is starting.  May your day be Blessed, Sally
