7/25/23  There is no such thing as an unimportant day

Haze, some clouds, calm, 65 degrees.  Partly cloudy early, scattered thunderstorms from 2 this afternoon to six this evening.    There is a marginal chance of a severe thunderstorm.  Brisk SW breezes with a high of 86.  Cloudy tonight with a  SW breeze, a low of 64.  A stray shower or thunderstorm is possible.  Partly cloudy tomorrow with a WSW breeze, a high of 87, a low of 66.  PM thunderstorms Thursday with a WSW breeze, a high of 83, a low of 67.  Partly cloudy Friday with a west breeze, a high of 89, a low of 68.  Scattered thunderstorms Saturday with a WNW breeze, a high of 77, a low of 56.   Sunshine Sunday, Monday and next Tuesday with NW breezes, highs in the mid seventies, lows in the mid fifties.  Then showers possible every day through Sunday the 6th with WSW breezes, highs about 77, lows of 59.  Partly cloudy Monday the 7th and Tuesday the 8th with SSE breezes, highs about 79, lows about 60.

Lots of hay was made yesterday.  Too late in the season to be as good as most years but good dry hay.  Doug and Sally Jo sold some out of the field, lots went in the barn.  Bekah watered in the morning and Jay picked vegetables.  Then they took a needed day off and I did the afternoon watering.  After I took the alternator core in and got a few groceries.  Bangor was very quiet, no lines or traffic.
Warm temperatures and a brisk south breeze didn't just dry the hay!  They will be watering today.  Scattered thunderstorms can't be counted on for water until they happen.  I'll be watering flowers around the house and my raised beds this morning. I'll bag up some of the fine hay that dropped under the conveyor for the chicken nest boxes.  Then a doctor's appointment.  Weather will dictate whether I weed or clean house when I get home.
May God bless you on this day, Sally
