Yesterday morning was dry, there was even some sunshine.  I did a little planting before pt, but after an hour of pt I came home and took a nap.  Then it started to rain!  Bekah and Jay took advantage of the dry hours to get lots of maintenance done in the nursery.  Some plants are so wet.  2.90 rain the last six days.  At least it came slowly so it could soak in.  Mud in the garden but no standing water.
I washed the hummingbird feeders and put fresh food in them.  Unless we get a downpour in a thunderstorm the nectar shouldn't get diluted with water.  I cleaned the bird feeders, there are still some birds coming for suet and sunflower seeds.  I also got some weeding done.
Heather came and did the books and paid bills.  She and Mike are looking at some land in Dedham.  Why she was here she set up my fitbit.  I've neer wanted one but my physical therapist wants to keep track of my walking.  My doctor will be interested too.  I was able to get one for eight dollars from Amazon Warehouse.  Time will tell how I make out with it.
We are hoping to get some yard work done today.  Nicole mowed the cemetery last night.  She and Gilbert have big zero mowers and can mow when our little mowers would just bog down.  Tomorrow afternoon we  are planning to work in the cemetery.  Bekah and Jay have a stone for Violet's grave.  We'll plant some flowers.
May God bless you on this day, Sally
