The nursery order got here right at eight yesterday morning.  We are now stocked up with beautiful shrubs and perennials.  Including white summersweet.  The Ruby was sold out.  It is a good thing it was a large order because cars and trucks were leaving full of plants all day.  Jay was trying to get the black plastic for the cucumbers down.  Even putting them under remay it is too early to plant them but he wants the soil to warm up.
In between customers he mixed up a large box of soil so I can plant my boxes.  I'll keep them in the garage until Thursday, the NW winds would ruin them.  I'll try to get under the get to gather room windows planted too.  That is sheltered from the wind but I will still cover it with remay until next weekend.  Bekah would like me to get my planting done so she knows I have whatever flowers I want.  I have grown most of the flowers for my kitchen garden.
We are expecting another busy day.  Sister Heather is coming to help today.  Darel's Heather will be here too.  The wind will keep the black flies away.
May God bless you on this day, Sally
