Some wind. power went off when a tree fell across a neighbors line pulling the wires off her house. But it came right back on. I had checked the chicks and greenhouse when Bekah got here. She checked the outside greenhouses. The little greenhouse Gilbert gave me is fine so far. It is raining hard.
I had a bit of pemphigoid relapse. They told me I wasn't cured, only in remission. After a day of rest I am doing better today. Everyone was at Charlotte's birthday party so I vacuumed between naps.
Yesterday morning Jay and Bekah potted up the reliance peach and dolgo crabapple tree whips that came in. The rest of the fruit trees will come this week. They are coming all potted. They also finished planting the onions. It was really good that they got them all planted before the rain. Four hundred plus of the large sweet ones. They mulched them with old wet hay hoping it won't blow. I'm sure they will be out checking this afternoon.
Thursday the female red winged blackbirds arrived. Just about when they always get here. The males have been here a month or so. I am putting the hummingbird and oriole feeders out as soon as the wind dies down.
May God bless you on this day, Sally
