3/27/22  When you love what you have you have everything you need.

Clear, calm, 32 degrees.  Partly cloudy this morning.  Increasing clouds with occasional showers this afternoon. A west breeze with a high of 48.  a few flurries possible overnight with a low of 26.  Cloudy tomorrow with strong NW breezes, a high of 32, a low of 19.  Partly cloudy Tuesday with  a NW wind, a high of 332, a low of 19.  Sunny Wednesday with a stiff Nw breeze, a high of 43, a low of 27.  Afternoon showers Thursday with a brisk SSE breeze, a high of 44, a low of 38.  Showers Friday with a WSW breeze, a high of 59, a low of 35.  Cloudy Saturday with a light WNW wind, a high of 45, a low of 33.  Partly cloudy next Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with brisk NW breezes, highs of 49, lows of 32.  Morning showers Wednesday, the 6th with a stiff NNW breeze, a high of 48, a low of 26.  Cloudy, NW breezes, highs in the low fifties, lows in the high thirties the next four days.

      I only put a few pieces of wood on the greenhouse stove, the sun is already shining into the greenhouse.  Soon I'll have to turn on the exhaust fan.  But this afternoon we will take up the hose.  We'd have to let the water run pretty hard to keep it from freezing the next few nights.  We'll put it back out Tuesday or Wednesday.  We'd like to wait until Wednesday because then we can hook up the main hose making it easy to water the little greenhouses and cold frames.  Heather bought some of the light weight soft green hoes.  They don't last many years but their light weight makes watering so much easier!

      The water around the little greenhouses is gone making it much easier to get them ready to move into.  The hoop house is dry.  It has a good door on it now.  We won't have to put blankets over it to keep out the cold.  We put a propane heater in it so Jay has worked to make it airtight.  Planting has slowed down for lack of room in the big greenhouse.  We'll go six days a week after Wednesday.

      I've had two appointments to get my hearing aids canceled because they haven't come in.  Now I have one for the 6th.  The audiologist says surely they will be here by then.  Our pastor puts the sermon on the church web page.  A good thing because I only catch an occasional sentence in church.  Now I won't have hearing aids  for next Sunday either.
