3/26/22  Gracious words are like honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones. Proverbs 16:24

1.18 total since the storm moved in Thursday.  It's cloudy with a light west breeze, 38 degrees.  Light rain this morning with a high of 49 this afternoon, a WSW breeze.  Occasional showers tonight with a Light NNE breeze, a low of 30.  Afternoon showers tomorrow with a west breeze, a high of 49.  Arctic air moves in on Monday on a light NE wind with clouds, a high of 30, a low of 19.  Partly cloudy Tuesday with a NW wind, a high of 34, a low of 29.  spring returns Wednesday with a sunny day, a stiff NW breeze, a high of 42, a low of 27.  Afternoon showers Thursday with a SSW breeze, a high of 44, a low of 36.  Showers Friday with a NNE breeze, a high of 50, a low of 35.  Cloudy next weekend with brisk NW breezes, higs in the mid to upper forties, lows about 32. Lots of clouds the week of the 4th with brisk NW breezes.  Highs in the upper forties the first three days, low fifties Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Lows around freezing the first three days, high thirties the last three.

.Monday and Tuesday's cold will give the builders a chance to get building materials to the building site, the woodcutter a chance to get that last load of wood hauled, and it will make the sap run.  We will be ready to start moving  plants Wednesday., right on schedule.  Yesterday Bekah and Debbie tightened up the back room so there are no air leaks.  This fall it will need new plastic.  Debbie did some transplanting.  I went to Corinth for some pipe insulation to put on the coldframe lids to close some gaps.
There is a skunk in the live trap.  The ground is thawed enough so I can fill in the hole that goes under the house.  I'm hoping without a readymade hole another skunk doesn't decide it wants to live under my kitchen.
The walls are ready for wallpaper, today's job.  Jay will keep on getting outside work done.  Debbie thinks it has dried up enough so she can get the new greenhouse ready for the pansies.  Jay patched the holes.  It will need new plastic this fall too.  The covering that came with it was pretty poor quality.  You get what you pay for.
May God be with you on this day, Sally
