Happiness is not about getting all you want.  It's about enjoying what you have

Total rain forecast to be about an inch.  Showers Monday night with a low of 36.  Cloudy Tuesday with NW winds, a high of 47 and a low of 32.  Sunny Wednesday with a NNW breeze, high of 53 and a low of 31.  Showers Thursday through Easter weekend with strong SW breezes, highs in the fifties and lows in the forties.  Partly cloudy Monday, the 22, with a stiff WSW breee, a high of 53 and a low of 38.  Showers the rest of the week with stiff NW breezes, highs about 50 and lows in the high thirties.
After a quiet day yesterday Darel was glad to take a ride to the Creamery last night.
Hardy herbs went outside in a shelter spot to make room for hot peppers.  The herbs will be healthier out of the warm greenhouse and the peppers like the heat.  the hanging calibrachoas went into an unheated greenhouse giving the hanging geraniums more room. moving plants to control their climate will be a regular on the to do list. perennials will be going out in an unheated cold frame.  Barefoot perennials start coming in next week.  Some of them will have to go in a cold frame.   R, the neighbor who helps Doug summers, will start helping me next week.  His works in the woods in the winter, that is done.  Open Greenhouse Day is in three weeks.  The Paris Farmer Union comes next Monday,   The nursery order leaves Minnesota Easter night.  The to do list is getting overwelming.  Somehow it will all get done.
Hoping by this evening the ice is out of the fire pond and the little garden pond.  Surely after today's high temperatures and Monday's rain the ice will be out of the small ponds and we'll have to look to see a snow pile!  Have a good day, Sally
