Darel had a quiet day yesterday. He did get to go for a short ride when we took some pansies to a special lady, Robin Cory, tp brighten her birthday.
It snowed all day yesterday even though it was forty degrees. Only added a few more inches it was so well I'm ready for Monday's rain to get rid of this white stuff! A reputable nursery that said their salvias were neonicotinaid free has a new salvia on sale. This one is compact and blooms longer but is as attractive to pollinators as all the other salvias. Salvia is the perennial of the year. I have four different kinds, all of them hardy and easy to grow as well as beautiful Annual salvias are loved by humming birds and pollinators too and they bloom all summer. I have four different annual salvias.
I have an early doctor's appointment. A good thing because my back isn't letting me stand up very straight. The plants and I are looking forward to a sunny day even if there is going to be another cold night. Enjoy your day, Sally
