A steady line of customers yesterday.  No one had time for lunch until two, then they took turns.  Less for Bekah to water. We hope customers will soak their new plants a couple times a week. Even established plants may need a weekly soaking.  Containers and hanging plants need daily watering.
The male oriole singing for a mate is back singing.  He flirted with a tiny female for a while but must have decided she wasn't up to raising a family.
Yesterday I went to the hardware stores for carabiner clips to put up the flag. (Today someone will find out where they were put last November when we took the flag down.)  Everyone's yards look so nice.  Our mower is sitting by the tall grass, all gassed up ready to mow, no one has had time to use it!  I'm slowly getting the flower beds cleaned and new mulch around the perennials.  The garden by the door is planted,  I'm hoping to get the flagpole flower bed done today.  When I water this morning I'm leaving the remay off the waves.
May your day be blessed, Sally
