 Total rain was .75 inch.  It's cloudy, calm, 46 degrees.  A steady rain this morning, showers this afternoon, some clouds tonight. A strong SE breeze, high 59, low 41.  Partly cloudy tomorrow, a stiff SSW breeze, high 59, low 38. Mostly cloudy Friday, a WNW breeze, high 57, low 36.  Partly cloudy Saturday, a NW breeze, high 54, low 37. Cloudy Sunday. a NNW breeze, high 50, low 36.  Partly cloudy Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, NNE breeze. High 49, low 35 on Monday. .Tuesday's high 52, low 32. Wednesdays high 55, low 35. Showers next Thursday through Tuesday, November 4th. Brisk NE breezes next Thursday, Friday,  and Saturday, highs about 53, lows 37 and 40 and 37.  Brisk NNW breezes Sunday the 2ed, highs 55, low 39.  Brisk NE breeze Monday the 3rd, high 52, low 39.  A strong west breezee Tuesday, the 4th, high 51, lo 34.   Partly cloudy Wednesday the 5th, a stiff WNW breeze, high 48, low 32.

     A dense fog has rolled in.  It's supposed to start raining abou ten, heavy at times.  We will be happy to see it.  People having well problems will be even happier.  We have lots to do inside. Bekah is working on seed orders.  I have a late morning doctor's appointment.  Laundry is in the dryer.

     I did some mulching yesterday.  An area where grass had taken over.  Heavy cardboard and lots of hay will keep the soil warm enough for the worms to work on it some this fall.  By planting time next spring it will be ready to plant.  I'll still mulch to keep grass from creeping in.
