Zucchini flour Zero!   I have one bag of dried zucchini that I can put in stews and no one will know.  The waste basket has some browned zucchini.  When the instruction book says you may want to rotate trays it means you will rotate trays more than once if you're drying something as wet as zucchini.  It is also important to use the dehydrator in a warm dry place.  The garage is not warm and dry enough when foggy chilly nights come in  September.
Since the rain there have been very few birds at the feeders.    No hummingbirds.  I cleaned some feeders yesterday.  I put one out with fresh food for any stragglers that might come through.
Yesterday in the nursery they picked cucumbers.  A lot of them.  A very good picking for this late in the season.  Jay is pleased with all the clean up he and Ezekiel did.  Lots of used up vegetable plants and weeds went on the compost pile.  Parts of the garden are ready for rye seed as soon as there are showers in the forecast.
May your day be blessed, Sally
