Clouds, calm, 49 degrees.  Clouds this morning, sun this afternoon.  A strong NW breeze with a high of 54.  Mostly clear tonight with a low of 37.  Cloudy tomorrow with a strong WSW breeze, a high of 53, a low of 35.  Sunshine Saturday with a NNW wind, a high of 45, a low of 27.  Partly cloudy Sunday with a SW breeze, a high of 50, a low of 37.  Showers Monday with a NW breeze, a high of 52, a low of 38.  Partly cloudy Tuesday with a strong NW breeze, a high of 51, a low of 29.  Partly cloudy Wednesday with a north breeze, a high of 44, a low of 29.  Perhaps some afternoon showers next Thursday with an ESE breeze, a high of 47, a low of 37.  Showers next Friday with a stiff NW breeze, a high of 48, a low of 34.   Mostly cloudy next Saturday, some sun next Sunday, NW breezes, highs about 46, lows of 31.  Showers Monday the 18th with a NW breeze, a high of 49, a low of 34.  Partly cloudy Tuesday the 19th with a stiff NW breeze, a high of 48, a low of 332.  Perhaps some morning showers Wednesday the 20th with a NW breeze, a high of 46, a low of 31.  Cloudy Thursday the 21st with a NW breeze, a high of 47, a low of 31.

    Yesterday started out with a problem putting up the greenhouse.  The guys took notes and lots of measurements when they took the greenhouse down so they could put it back up just the same.  Our greenhouse rep showed up.  He has had his job many years.  He knew the problem right away, the former owner of the greenhouse had made a mistake and they were carefully making the same mistake!  His timing was perfect.  They had to undo some of what they had done and redo it but all was right by the end of the day.

      Even though I took a nap it was a long day for me.  Tuesday I tried to clean the dishwasher the way i usually do, with vinegar and baking soda.  There was a film on the bottom that didn't come off.  I bought a commercial dishwasher cleaner, but it still didn't come off.  So I scrubbed it Tuesday night.  When scrubbing it I found out there was a gasket with holes in  it on the bottom of the door. that had lots of gunk in it.  The dishwasher is several years old.  I've wiped the bottom of the door but never realized those holes were there.  It is bright and sparkling now but I was up late Tuesday night.  Then up at four because the power was off.  Never did find out why.  I did get the potatoes and carrots put away.  We won't be moving them into the kitchen at night if it drops into the twenties.
