Yesterday was a pleasant day.  We all did odds and ends.  I took a long nap, happy that I didn't need to go to Bangor.  The sump pump hose has developed pin holes, Ware Butler in Corinth had one. At about half the price I thought it was going to be.  Bekah decided to go to town Wednesday.  She went through clothes Jay's parents had bought to see which ones would be good school clothes for Azalea.  School clothes and supplies are  front and center here with so many kids.  Bekah called in the large flower seed order.  The company is in Ohio.  Our sales man's home was hit by a tornado Debby spawned.  No one was hurt.  It sounded to us like lots of damage to his home. He was thankful, not only was no one hurt, they still had a home.
Bekah started an order for perennial plants.  Often when customers have requests the plants are iffy in our zone.  She was happy to find varities of the plants requested rated for zone 4.  We are zone 5 on the new zone map the government put out.  But we know from our experience and what customers tell us that lots of zone 5 plants don't do well north of here. And many don't live through the winter here.  We've had some zone 5 plants for several years that are doing great.
May your day be blessed, Sally
