5/31/24  Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt.  William Shakespeare

Just got the internet back.  It's calm, clear. and up to 49 from 47 for a low.  Sunshine this morning, some clouds this afternoon.     No idea why there was no internet this morning.  It is the beginning of a cool but beautiful day.  My doctor spent a long time with me yesterday, not only asking questions but answering mine.  Some answers are waiting on more lab work.  She did start me on a high dose of oral iron.
There is so much to do this time of the year Jay was feeling behind.  But he is on schedule or ealy with most of his planting.  Cucumbers, summer squash and zucchini all have buds.  He has uncovered the summer squash and zucchini.  They are shivering on these chilly nights but bees can't pollinate them under the row cover.  They look good.  Everything looks good.  Bekah is nearly caught up with transplanting.  I'm way behind with my flowers.  I don't have anything in my raised beds yet.  Except for the strawberries Gilbert planted.
I will get some planted today.  I need to water the pansies in the church box.
This is yard sale weekend.  There are 57 yard sales on the map.  There will also be sales that didn't decide on time to get on the map.  There is a craft fair at the town hall.  A lot of work has gone into this weekend and we are blessed with beautiful weather!  I am thankful that Sunday is forecast to be a lovely day for joining with family and friends to celebrate Tom's life.
May your day be blessed. Sally
