 Clear, calm. 48 degrees.  Sun and clouds this morning, a few more clouds this afternoon.  A high of 70 with a north breeze.  Clouds early , clearing after midnight with a light NNW breeze, a low of 48.  Sunshine Friday with a strong  NNW breeze, a high of 72, a low of 48.  Sunshine Saturday with a brisk north breeze, a high of 77, a low of 47.  Partly cloudy  Sunday with a SSE breeze, a high of 80, a low of 52.  Partly cloudy Monday with a NNE breeze, a high of 62, a low of 55.  Partly cloudy Tuesday with an ESE breeze, a high of 78, a low of 56.  Partly cloudy Wednesday with a south breeze, a high of 80, a low of 58.  A chance of showers every day from Friday, the 7th to Wednesday the 12th. highs in the mid seventies, lows in the mid fifties, southerly breezes.  Partly cloudy Thursday the 13th with a high of 76, a low of 57.

     Yesterday was a good day.  I got more lab work in the morning.  we'll see where that leads the doctors.  My sister got here from NY.  I went to Dover and had supper with her and Lynne.  In between I did get some planting done.

     Bekah finished the mums. Some of the potatoes got hilled.  I don't think computer programmer's ever hilled potatoes.  The computer is insisting the potatoes were killed.

     The wandering peahen was finally captured.  She went to live with the peacock in a large fully enclosed pen.  The peacock's new owner says he lets everyone know if the fox comes in the yard.  Now we learn that peafowl roam an area of 3-5 miles if not caged.  So much for our dream of a peacock roaming around showing his colors to customers.

     I haven't planted the flower boxes that go in the front of the barn yet.  There are too many annuals left to choose from.  It looks like Bekah may succeed at having flowers for people moving to camp.
