I spent much of yesterday sitting with my sister Lynne at the bedside of my brother-in-law Tom.  Hospice tells her that Tom is very close to transitioning from his earthly home with her to his heavenly home with our Lord.  Son Ben spent the night with Lynne, daughter Karen will be there early this morning.  I will go up sometime today.
The backorder of Coast of Maine Bar harbor potting soil came.  The nursery is stocked back up with your Coast of Maine needs.  Many nurseries no longer carry Elfin impatiens.  Breeders have substituted Beacon impatiens for them.  We  have a hard time believing anything can replace the little elfins. But no one has the Elfins,  Bekah called several places.  Some had a few but they weren't interested in parting with them. Bekah has lots of Beacon impatiens, we will soon know how they do..
We will also find out soon if this week's chilly nights are damaging the peach and cherry blossoms.  The trees are covered with swollen buds that are just about to open.
May your day be blessed, Sally
