6/7/23 You will never see a rainbow if you are always looking down.

 O.17last night  for a total of 2.22 of rain.  Rain this morning, showers this afternoon with a NW breeze.  Off and on showers overnight with a light north breeze.  Today's high 55, tonight's low 48.  Showers tomorrow and Friday with NE breezes, highs about 60, lows of 48.  Scattered thunderstorms Saturday with a NNW breeze, a high of 64, a low of 49.  Partly cloudy Sunday with a NNW breeze, a high of 74, a low of 51.  Partly cloudy Monday with a west breeze, a high of 78, a low of 55.  Showers Tuesday and next Wednesday with highs about 70, lows about 55.  A Strong SSE breeze Tuesday, a stiff WNW breeze Wednesday.  Afternoon showers next Thursday with a brisk NW breeze, a high of 73, a low of 54.  Partly cloudy Friday the 16th and Saturday the 17th with brisk NNW breezes, highs about 75. lows of 55.  Some showers the week of the 18th with brisk NW breezes, highs in the mid seventies, lows in the mid fifties.

    Bekah and Jay got a load of hay delivered.  It was too wet to get much work done in the garden but Jay did get some plastic down for the squash.  The mums are all potted.  They didn't feel it was necessary to work in the rain to set up the mum's automatic waterers!  Some customers came by.  Sally jo cleaned the house and got one of the large stalls cleaned to the gravel.

    I got a perm and didn't get much else done.  When I got home the house was full of people so I didn't try to do anything in the house.  Really I was bummed because I thought it was going to be dryer in the afternoon and I would work outside.Today i have a list for in the house and out so I don't just sit and watch it rain!  I made some rhubarb cookies that were pretty good.  Lil Andrew's truck was on blocks so I took Annabelle to ball practice.  It was in the town hall.  I don't know when the field will be dry enough to play on.
