6/18/23 The time you need to pray is when you don;t have time.

 !.82 inch of rain.  An east breeze, misting, 50 degrees.  Cloudy today, slight chance of a showers, a north wind, a high of 57.  Cloudy tonight with a north breeze, a low of 51.  Cloudy tomorrow with a NNE breeze, a high of 67, the low 52.  Partly cloudy Tuesday with a light NNE breeze, a high of 71, a low of 53.  Sunshine Wednesday with a west breeze, a high of 79, a low of 57.  Sunshine Thursday with a west breeze, a high of 88, a low of 63.  Sunshine Friday with a west breeze, a high of 88, a low of 66.  PM showers Saturday with a west breeze, a high of 83, a low of 64.  Scattered thunderstorms and showers the week of the 25th with mostly easterly breezes.  Still showers Sunday July 2ed but a NW breeze.  Highs in the mid seventies, lows about 60.

      Yesterday, especially late in the day and last night, was wind and rain.  After going to a benefit breakfast at the town hall I went to Bangor.  It was raining too hard to want to plant.  At times it poured in Bangor but I was able to go in and out of stores during lulls in the rain.  Most of the groceries are still in the truck as it was raining hard when I got home.  Power flickered last night and was off for a half hour during the night.  I didn't wake up so I was fortunate the power came back on so the sump pump could pump the cellar before the water got too high.  Our church service is early and I'm late so it will be church on line for me this morning.  i'd like to set out some plants this afternoon so they can get settled in before mid week's hot days.  The nursery is closed today and tomorrow.
