The nursery is closed Mondays but some customers managed to catch Bekah yesterday morning as she worked in the nursery.  I told her she needed to go home and take a day away.  Late morning I drove up to JoMary lake where the Andrews were camping.  I spent the afternoon visiting, getting home at about five.  Andrew told me if I wanted to turn the boxes along the front of the garage into a perennial flower bed I needed to put plastic alng the house wall with rocks to protect the wall from moisture.  My summer project.
I got home at about 5.  I did some weeding in the evening.  When I came in I found two ticks on me.  Dropped them in the stove and kept imagining I had a tick on me all evening.  Checked again when I got up this morning.  Another reason to get the weeding done and the grass all cut short, making the yard less inviting to ticks.  I'll do more weeding and some planting this morning.  When it starts raining I'll go to Bangor..
May God be with you on this day, Sally
