The shipment from the Griffin Connecticut warehouse came yesterday. The large Griffin order was postponed from today to Friday. That has most of the Coast of Maine order on it. An email came telling us the retail seeds are on their way. Even the weather is lining up right for us to open for the 2023 season next Monday.
Bekah transplanted all day. Our Amish neighbor was here transplanting too. She had no place to start her seeds so Bekah has started some seeds for her. Her children came with her so this was a lively place. They kept Jay busy filling trays for them to plant in. When he wasn't filling trays he was working on the small greenhouses.
I worked on price lists yesterday. After all the children left I went to Corinth and got the boughs out of the church box. Everyday that I've planned to get them it has snowed, or rained or there have been strong winds! I am disappointed that Saturday night's forecast low of 23 won't let me plant pansies in the church box for Easter. The kids picked up the boughs here that had been used for Christmas decorations. I'd put the decorations away. long ago. They wanted to pick up the boughs on the roses. I said no, I don't want Friday's winds to blow away the straw that is under the boughs and expose the roses to this weekend's cold.
May God bless you on this day, Sally
