3/20/23  "It is no longer good enough to cry peace, we must act peace, live peace and live in peace." ~American Aboriginal Proverb

Clear, a SW breeze, 15 degrees.  A WSW wind today with mostly sun, a high of 44.  Tonight;s low 23.  Clouds tomorrow with a stiff west breeze, a high of 46, a low of 22.  Sunny Wednesday with a NW breeze, a high of 43.  Snow showers Wednesday night with an east breeze, a low of 30.  Rain Thursday with a stiff ESE breeze a high of 42.  Rain Thursday night with a WSW breeze, a low of 37.  Strong NW breezes Friday with a high of 44, a low of 24.  Rain Saturday with a NNE breeze, a high of 42.  5-8 inches of snow Saturday night with a NE breeze, a low of 30.  1-3 inches of rain/snow Sunday with a strong north breeze, a high of 41, a low of 27.  Partly cloudy next Monday with a NNW breeze, a high of 45, a low of 30.  Snow and rain the rest of the week through the weekend of the 1st and 2ed with highs in the mid forties, lows in the low thirties.  Vrisk NW breezes.  April's forecast is for acreage to slightly cooler temperatures, average to slightly dry.

Windy and chilly outside but lots of warmth and laughter inside as family gathered for dinner after church.  New and not so new babies were passed around for cuddles.
Lots of plans for "when the snow melts".  No planting was done, just some watering and putting wood on the fire in the greenhouse.  No planting today either.  Today is "deliver hay day".  Tomorrow is transplant celery day.  One box of plugs and cuttings is coming Wednesday.
Tomorrow will also be "run water day."  Looking at the forecast I think we are getting close to being able to leave the hoses out.  Friday will probably be the last time we have to roll up the hoses.  We'll still be letting them drip nights for four or five days.  The forecast says we are right on schedule for being able to move into the backroom, cold frames, and outside greenhouse.  Lack of sun may mean the days don't get as warm as we would like.
May God be with you on this day, Sally
