A very pleasant day yesterday with a lot of family sharing the Easter Egg hunt and dinner.  A burst of hail came through during the egg hunt but otherwise the day was just cold sunshine and wind.  Nicole gave the Andrews so many eggs to hide that we'll probably be finding them all week.  Sadly Violet did not have a good day.  No Easter egg hunt for her.  Doug took Easter dinner down to Jay and Bekah. Her sister, Azalea spent the day here with her cousins.  This week is vacation week.  She is spending most of it in New Sharon with Jay's parents.  Why the others were shivering as they hunted eggs I rocked my newest great grandchild, Mike and Lexi's son Weston.
Everyone has been seeing a very large woodchuck sunning on the rocks by the pond.  I knew it was just waiting for us to start putting plants out!  Jordn saw it on his way home, came in and got the 22 and dispatched it.  I am pleased not to have to worry about what damage it was going to do.
Today is  about the nicest day of the week.  We'll be busy.  May God be with you on this day, Sally
