I am ready for the warm temperatures.  This morning I will drive the truck out to the greenhouse and start a fire in the wood stove.  Jay's Dad wants me to make sure all is well with the new piping.  Next week I'll start it again, along with the furnace for the 2022 spring season.  Today as soon as it warms up enough to make the ice sticky I will renew the ash paths.  I'm ready for the ice to be gone too!
A quiet day for me yesterday. I watered houseplants and the little seedlings.  I puttered with cleaning and rearranging.  I put the children's Golden books in magazine files.  They were always falling over and it was hard to get one off the shelf.  Today when the ash path is down I'll be making trips to the dumpster.
It was not a good or quiet day for Violet.  The chemo she just finished put her down.  She got platelets and a transfusion along with pain meds and antibiotics.  She'll be in the hospital at least a couple more days.  Bekah says, " a bump in the road"
May God be with you on this day, Sally
