Darel had a good day yesterday.  We took the taxes to the accountant.  Last time we went there he couldn't remember how to get there.  Yesterday he knew all the turns, telling me which lane and the turns well in advance.  Stopped at Home Depot and Sam's on the way home so he got lots of chance to watch people in parking lots.
I had the electric heater in the cold frame on high for several days last week during the wind.  Even though it is on a heavy duty cord, the end melted.  I've used the same heater and cord three years with no problem.  Guess i never had the heater on high that long before.  Got home and couldn't figure out how to put the new connectors on.  Guess I was tired, woke up at eleven and knew how, wondering why I couldn't figure it out.  I'll fix that soon as I get home from Sunday School so I'll be ready for tonight's low.
Lots of plants got moved to the hoop house yesterday morning.  With the snow in the forecast all of the pansies got moved to the hoop house.  Both they and the petunias were glad to be moved.  The big greenhouse was too warm for the pansies and the petunias were to crowded.  This week we will be transplanting peppers.
Enjoy today and give thanks, Sally
