7/1/18
A brand new day, a brand new month!  Who knows what Blessings there may be!

.24 inches of rain!  I don't have to water today!  Thin clouds, calm and 68 degrees now.  Mostly cloudy today with a high of 86, a wNNE breeze and a low of 64 tonight.  Partly cloudy tomorrow with a brisk south breeze, a high of 83 and a low of 85.  Mostly cloudy Tuesday with a SW breeze, a high of 91 and a low of 68.  Mostly sunny July 4th with a light NW breeze, a high of 95 and a low of 67.  Partly cloudy Thursday with a SW breeze, a high of 95 and a low of 69.  Scattered thunderstorms Friday with a stiff west breeze, a high of 85 and a low of 57.  Sunny next weekend with highs about eighty.  Pleasant the next week with highs in the mid eighties.
Darel had a pleasant day yesterday.  He did some visiting at the greenhouse and we went to tractor supply to get a live trap.  We've had woodchuck problems.  One has been protected by the house, road and neighbors.  When it started on the sunflowers I'm growing for Bekah's wedding it had to go.  I watched last night as it pushed on the trap from the closed end and sprung the trap.  I reset it.  This morning there is a skunk in it..
Lots of planting and cleaning up got done yesterday.  These wonderful rains have bought on lots of weeds.  Every crease in the groundcloth sprouted a weed.  Some big planters left and a few flowers   Since I don't have to water after church I'll plant some of my flowers.  I plant left overs, there aren't a lot of left overs!  Which is OK, I have a lot of perennials.
A fog has rolled in blocking Darel's TV.  Guess I'll get his breakfast.  Have a good day, Sally
