We don't have to agree on everything to be kind to one another.

 56 degrees, clouds with a SE breeze.Showers this morning with a high of 64 and a low of 55.  Total rain about a tenth to three tenths of an inch.

Cloudy tomorrow with a NNE breeze, a high of 71 and a low of 55.  Rain Saturday, a quarter to a half inch, with an east breeze, a high of 64 and a low of 56.  Thunderstorms Sunday with a NE breeze, a high of 63 and a low of 55.  Showers Monday with a NNW breeze, a high of 69 and a low of 52.  partly cloudy Tuesday with a NNW breeze, a high of 80 and a low of 56.  Party cloudy Wednesday with a SW breeze, a high of 85 and a low of 59.  Partly cloudy next Thursday with a stiff SW breeze, a high of 89 and a low of 63.  Partly cloudy Friday with a stiff SW breeze, possible PM thunderstorms, a high of 86 and a low of 57.  Scattered thunderstorms next Saturday and Sunday with stiff WSW breezes, highs of 58 and lows of 61.  Sunny the week of the 18th with west breezes, highs in the mid eighties and lows in the upper fifties.

     Yesterday morning I watered and weeded the shrub storage area while Tiffany mowed lawns and Rachael potted perennials we had started.  Doug's hired man came over in the afternoon to weed whack in areas that Darel couldn't mow with the tractor or Tiffany with the lawn mower.  He dug out some burdock that had gotten past us.  Most of the time I was with him so I could show him what plants were in the weeds and grass.  I weeded odd places like around the pond.  A hot day for such work but glad to have it done.  Now I will mulch several of the places.

      Doug's hay crew is a group of men from a church affiliated drug rehap.  Very challenging, mostly city boys that have never done any manual labor.  But all the hay did get in the barn.  Doug pays by the load, not the hour.

       When Rosemarie called last night she sounded a little more positive abut Dale.  No idea how long he will be in the hospital.  She is spending the days with him.  The cool, damp forecast will give us a watering break so it will be easier to along without her.

        I'm anxious to get outside and start mulching places we cleaned up yesterday.  They should have been mulched first thing last spring but there was no time.  I still have flowers I want to plant.
