A busy day yesterday, a lot fewer plants to water today! But I still have to water the greenhouse and display area before i go to church. We are out of pumpkin and yellow squash plants and running low on some others.
No planting in the garden got done yesterday. Rosemarie planted broccoli and cauliflower seeds for fall. The seedlings will be ready to plant about the middle of July. I'm planning to spend the afternoon planting. Mike is coming up to grill some rib eye steak for him and Darel.
Tiffany's party went very well. Lots of people, food and fun. The pool was chuck a block full all afternoon. Lots of little ones to enjoy, including a six week old great niece of Barbie's that I got to rock for awhile.
Doug left the party early to bale hay. Several loads went in the barn. Barbie sent down a big bowl of potato salad to go with the hamburgers he was fixing for the hay crew. Nicole had to leave early to go to work. We've got some potato salad to go with the rib eye thanks to party leftovers.
Have a great day, Sally
