Yesterday was started at a dead run and finished with a trip to Bangor  I had to pick up my order of business cards from Staples, we got some groceries and sunflower seeds for the birds.  Mostly finches though sometimes i do see the cardinals very early or very late.
With both Andrew and Gilbert here to help the nursery order was potted up in record time.  Andrew put everything where it belonged.  Tiffany made sure the shrubs were right and put saucers under everything.  As dry as it is we don't want to lose any rain that might come.  When we finished with the new shrubs Tiffany moved the shrubs we had stored last winter to the display area.
With the sun and warm temperatures i needed to water the greenhouse as soon as we finished the nursery order.  Today I need to water outside, there are some forecasts that say showers tonight, I hope they are right and I'm wrong in my forecast.
I finally got the water hooked up behind the house and cleaned the maple syrup pan pond.  It was bothering me the birds had such cruddy water.  When we built the garage i ran a hose from the back of the house around the garage to the front.  When I went to hook it up yesterday i decided it need to be replaced.   I can't complain, it must have been a good hose, it has served us well for many years.
      Have a good day, Sally
