The icing held off for me walking out to the greenhouse to do the fires.  Lil Andrew face booked the roads were bad.  He drives SW to work.  When Sally Jo called after school to tell me her cow hadn't calved yet I told her there probably wouldn't be school today and Katie would probably calve.  School has been canceled, lets see if Katie has her calf.
Yesterday was a red letter day,  Andrew and Gayle got home.  Lil Andrew was picking Annabelle up after work and taking her to their place.  I wish I could have seen her when she realized they were home.  Any mention of Easter around Annabelle, she has said, "Grammy and Grampie will be home for Easter."
The blackbirds returned yesterday, the entire field across the road was black with them.  So much noise.  They inhale any sunflower seed they could get to.I don't know where they go but I will be glad when they move on.
Rachael and I made enough room to transplant a few more flowers yesterday.  Gilbert potted some blackberry prunings to see if they would root.  He already has some raspberry prunings that have rooted.  All I'll do today is put wood on the fires, there really is no room now.  I'll clean the house for Easter Sunday dinner.
     Have a good day, Sally
