A very good Sunday School class. The pastor joined us in a reenactment of the Last supper and Communion. The kids were involved, asking good questions and seemed to understand and fell what we were sharing.
Annabelle chattered about the aquarium all the way to SS. She had a problem telling us how many penguins there were. She would count to six, then get lost. Finally she showed us five fingers three times and said that many. Doting great grandparents we are, we though that was pretty smart for a two year old.
Darel put moved some wood from the outside stack to the back door of the greenhouse. Gilbert took it inside and stacked it. He'll do some more today before it gets rained on.
We are back to our local birds with just four or five grackles. The maple syrup pan pond is thawed but lots of the birds keep drinking out of the waterer out of habit. This morning they'll be glad for the heated waterer. I'm hoping I left the hose dripping enough so it didn't freeze.
I spent the afternoon cleaning house. Why it is warming up this morning I have some work to do at the computer. Then I'm going to work on the shrub display area. I have to remulch along one side where grass and weeds always find their way in. So nice to be able to be getting some of that kind of work done.
have a good day, Sally
