7 /1/25It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.

    The kids will tell you yesterday was a good day.  Aunt Heather took them swimming twice.  Bekah and Maegin took turns going along to help keep an eye on them.  Ruby wasn't able to get in much swimming so Mom put water in the kiddy pool for her.  Ruby thought that was just the right size.

    I worked in the kitchen garden, mostly sifting through soil to get out grass roots.  I set up my shallow St Francis pool for butterflies and bees.  They like the little pools of half inch to an inch deep water with rocks in it but it takes almost daily maintenance to keep it clean. 

    Maintenance was also on the list in the nursery and garden.  People are stopping to see if there are vegetables yet.  There are a few, but not enough to open the stand.
