The weather was beautiful yesterday. Darel built a beautiful new display bench. they had cut the old bench up in pieces.  Gilbert took it to burn in his outside boiler tomorrow. When they raked where the old bench was they just kept on raking, lots of cleaning up got done.  Beautiful weather meant  lots of watering for Bekah.
I uncovered my strawberries.  A good thing, they were very wet. With some help I got the hoses around the house working.  It seemed like every connection wanted to leak.
With water to refill it I emptied the kitchen garden pond.  It hadn't been last year and it bothered me that the birds were drinking out of it.  Today I will put the fountain and filter in it.
So it will stay clean.  I'm not sure the pond lilies made it through the winter.  I'm hoping to get the pump in the garden pond toda.
May your day be blessed, Sally
