Cloudy, calm,32 degrees.  Cloudy, a few snow showers this morning, a SSE breeze, a high of 47.  Cloudy tonight with some showers after midnight, a light SSW breeze, a low of 33.  light rain Friday morning with a light WNW breeze, a high of 43, a low of 32.  Cloudy Saturday with a light WNW breeze, a high of 49, a low of 35.  Rain Sunday with a strong SSE breeze, a high of 41, a low of 31.  Partly cloudy Monday with a west breeze, a high of 44, a low of 29. Some clouds Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with strong WNW brees, highs of 40 lows about 24.  Partly cloudy next Friday with a strong west breeze, a high of 41, a low of 28.  Rain/snow showers next Saturday with a stiff NW breeze, high of 41, a low of 30.  Rain/snow showers next Sunday with a stiff NW breeze, a high of 45, a low of 34.  Showers, some snow may mix in, the week of the 25th with highs in the mid forties, lows lows about 34.

     Yesterday's highlight, the bees wintered well.  The hive is thriving and strong.  They still have some honey left.  Jay did give them a pollinator patty to make sure they had plenty of food  until spring and dandelions.  Forecasters are talking about a hot dry summer.  Let's hope it isn't so dry that the honey production is affected.

      The chimney is clean, the stove is shining and I mopped the floor.  The chimney wasn't very dirty but the stovepipe was.  UPS sat this week's shipment on the step. I was busy with the chimney and didn't see them come. It was warm enough so the plants were safe,  Lil Andrew put the box in the greenhouse.

       After a quick visit to Sam's the girls worked in the greenhouse, planting the box of plugs and cuttings . More planting will be done today.  Bekah planted peppers earlier this week.
