3/12/24 A little Consideration, a little Thought for Others, makes all the difference.  Eeyore {Winnie the Pooh}

Andrew and Gayle got home from their winter's work on the Outer Banks at 1:38 this morning.  It is always so good to have them home!

    A load of hay was loaded  to be delivered  today. .   Sally Jo brought spring to the house by taking down the winter curtains and putting up the summer ones. in the get together room.  The Summer ones are white with with flowers and butterflies..  The tablecloth is now a green one instead of red.  Table runners match the curtains.The room is so light and bright!

  I don't have any of my plants in the get together room  windows because Bekah will be filling them with her plants.  Sally Jo and Bekah have decided to switch homes.  Living in the trailer will give Sally Jo and Kaden their own place when they get married in June.  They are looking for a place to buy.  They are expecting whatever they find will be a fixer upper.  If they are in the trailer they can stay there why they work on whatever they buy.  A big plus for the trailer is there will be a place outside for their dogs.  Sally is a little leery about nights alone until June but she’ll have the two big dogs.  When she lived at home Mom and Dad were downstairs.  And here I am downstairs.

    Living here will be much easier for Jay and Bekah. She counted the other day, one or the other of them drove back and forth to the trailer 8 times!  It will be much nicer for Azalea.  She can be at the greenhouse with Mom and Dad or just play with her own toys in her own room.  Come summer she can sleep in if she wants.

     Bekah comes up every evening to make sure her heifers have plenty of hay and are comfortable for the night.  She said it will be so nice to just walk out to the barn.  I pointed out she’d be right here if the cows got out.  They won’t get a chance to go visit the neighbors!

     It will be a big plus for me, anything goes amiss like the water pump keeps coming on at night, they will be right here.  This time of the year they are here from early morning until  they go home for supper,  Usually one or both come back after supper to do something.  There is a lot more room here when Bekah and the girls are busy and share the evening meal.  All in all they think the switch will be a plus for both of them.

    The sun is breaking through the clouds.  It is so nice to see it after the weather of the last few days.  May God bless you on this day.  Sally
