Considering everything Darel had a very good day yesterday.  He is able to get to the bathroom without help.  When there was no one here to visit with he slept, sometimes sleeping when someone was here.  The visiting nurse came, we decided there wasn't any need for regular visits at this time.  Barbie will come down this am and take his blood pressure.
I spent most of the day in front of the computer.  Apparently I'm not the only one struggling with the virtual expo, it has been extended through today so customers can find and order everything they want.  I have very little left to do on my order then I'll be outside  Later this afternoon I'll finish the bareroot perennial order.  It just needs typed up so it is readable.  I am able to get Canadian red rhubarb roots for next spring.  Expensive.  I haven't been able to get any for a couple of years.
Time to start taking up black plastic and rolling up soaker hoses.  I'll start with the zucchini and summer squash.  The vines will go into the chickens so they can eat any beetles hiding in them.  They/ve been getting the over grown squash.
I'm surprised that there are so many finches at the feeders with so many sunflowers. A poor seed crop due to the dry weather?
I'm planning on a good day, hope you are too, Sally
