Darel had a good day yesterday, so good we went to the church bean supper last night. We have a wonderful church family that making going to the supper possible.
It worked out perfectly, all the cloud bursts came just as a customer was leaving so neither of us got soaked. I managed to pick squash and some cucumbers between customers storms. Picked the rest of the cucumbers last night. Should have dug some red potatoes but didn't so there are only white and blue potatoes in the stand until after church. The lawns and plants were all happy to see more rain. Except maybe the lilies, it rained so hard a lot of their blooms got knocked off. Fortunately we didn't get the hail some people did. I water some flowers that are under the eves. I have to go water the tomatoes in the hoop house before we leave for church.
So I'll wish you a good day and get them watered. Sally
