Mostly sunny Tuesday with a strong NW breeze, a high of 83 and a low of 58. Partly cloudy Wednesday with a light NW breeze, a high of 84 and a low of 58. Mostly cloudy Thursday with a brisk SSE breeze, a high of 84 and a low of 62. Scattered thunderstorms Friday with a brisk south breeze, a high of 73 and a low of 61. Pleasant next weekend with highs in the eighties, NW breezes and lows of 62. Sowers and scattered thunderstorms the week of July 15th with highs in the eighties and lows in the sixties.
Darel had a good day yesterday, mostly resting from the 4th in the air conditioned front room. Pastor Cindy was here so he got in some visiting.
Hay crew has been at it for awhile this morning with several trailers of hay to mow away. Doug took time to move the flower boxes away from the barn, JR moved the wave hay trailers eem to have an affinity for. Pushing to beat those storms! I have a list I want to get done too. Some "kiss me over the garden gate" reseeded itself in Carol's glads. I want to move it. It is a "weed" there. there is some in the sun flower maze too but it is good there. Also some borage plants redeemed. Watering is not on my list!
Andrew cleaned the chimney yesterday It had a lot of creosote. It is a job that is too easy to forget in summer. I put it in the calendar for September. Now the draft is so good i have to be carful not to put too much wood on it.
