7/2/19
There is joy in everyday.  Not because life is always good but because God is.

Calm, clouds and 62 degrees.  Cloudy today with a west breeze and a hgh  of 83.  Showers and thunderstorms will be around for the next several hours, your location has a 50% chance of getting one.  Clearing tonight with a low of 58.  Sunny tomorrow with a light NW breeze, a high of 84 and a low of 59.  Sunny Thursday, the 4th, with a WNW breeze, a high of 89 and a low of 64.  Partly cloudy Friday with a brisk SW breeze, a high of 91 and a low of 65.  Scattered thunderstorms Saturday with a west breeze, a high of 81 and a low of 57.  Sunny  Sunday and Monday with NW breezes, highs about 80 and lows about 57.  Partly cloudy next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with west breezes, highs about 82 and lows about 59.  Occasional showers the next five days with highs in the high seventies.
Darel had a quiet but good day yesterday.  I agreed the Creamery was a good idea last night, I needed a rest before I did dishes and evening chores.
Everything is so wet that Sally Jo and Tamara emptied all the saucers yesterday.  Probably by Friday we will be watering everything!  They also did some weeding and mulching.  I weeded most of the day.  I want everything weeded by the end of today.  Tamma spent the afternoon going through the bee balm bench.
We have some beautiful pots of black eyed Susan vines climbing a trellis that went on sale yesterday.  I grow them in the back room.  It was too cold for them for so long that they are just now ready to sell.  So instead of being marked at $36.95 they are $24.95.  They should have been blooming a month ago.
I picked enough strawberries for Darel to have strawberries shortcake for lunch.  today iIll pick the patch.  Many people are having problems with birds, especially juniville black birds.  Usually the berries are about done when they start flying.  I had to bring my suet in because of them but so far they aren't in my berries.  I see lots of small patches with bird netting over them.
      Have a good day, Sally
