To start rethinking your life start thinking about what you are thinking about.

.19 inch of rain overnight.  Fog, gentle SE breeze and 63 degrees,  Steady rain this morning, showers this afternoon.  A SE breeze today with a high of 70.  Fog and a low of 62 tonight. Partly cloudy tomorrow with a high of 86, a WNW breeze, and a low of 62 tomorrow night.  Partly cloudy Sunday with strong WNW breezes, a high of 79 and a low of 58.  Partly cloudy Monday with brisk NW breezes, a high of 81 and a low of 58.  Partly cloudy Tuesday with a brisk WSW breeze, a high of 85 and a low of 64. Mostly cloudy Wednesday with a brisk west breeze, a high of 87 and a low of 62.  Partly cloudy Thursday with a NW breeze, a high of 83 and a low of 62.  Scattered thunderstorms next Friday with a high of 83 and a low of 62.  Pleasant next weekend with a chance for an isolated thunderstorm Saturday, NW breezes, highs about 83 and lows about 63. Mostly pleasant the week of the 22ed with highs in the eighties.  A chance for a thunderstorm mid week.
Darel spent quite a bit of time in his chair at the greenhouse, pleasant temperature and no bugs.  I put in a long day so instead of the Creamery we shared a take out seafood platter at Countryside.
I wasn't happy with my buttercup squash plants but i thought once in the ground they would do ok.  All they did was act as a magnet for squash beetles.  I'm wishing I had planted my for sale plants instead.  Yesterday we planted flowers for cutting where they had been.  I'll have lots of squash but not much buttercup.
I cleaned out a patch of mustard and nettles, the nettles are buried in the compost pile.  We planted some amaranth in that spot, we'll mulch it good with cardboard and hay to smother any nettles that try to regrow.  One more nettle patch to go.  No nettles came up in the display area this year.  We are slowly winning the burdock nettle war.
I cut down the dried tulip tops and weeded the tulip bed,  I'll plant zinnias and dahlias there this afternoon.  I have a hair appointment this morning.
We're getting enough rain so I can run soaker hoses all day.  The gardens will be ready for the stretch of haying weather coming up.
Lots of mosquitos this morning, perfect for the fledgling swallows.  Their swoops through the air aren't as graceful and efficient as their parents.
Think positive thoughts and have a good day, Sally
