Darel had a good day yesterday.  Some rides to the greenhouse but walked back and forth once.  We shared a take out sea food platter at Countryside because I had a good but long day.
We didn't have many customers yesterday but there was no lack of things to do.  Tammara potted up lots of Anise Hyssop, part of our specials for pollinators.  She also set up a new display, The Insect Manipulation Station.  A display of plants that repel or confuse mosquitos and black flies.  We still have lots of vegetable plants but they are around the side of the greenhouse with the ground covers.
I spent the morning in the house combining office work and house work.  Sometimes I have to make myself stay in the house!  In the afternoon I worked  some in the kitchen garden, weeding and digging up some Walker's low catmint.  A pollinator favorite as well as a  beautiful flower to have in your picnic area to confuse mosquitos.  It isn't  invasive like peppermint or common mint.
We found two new wood chuck holes under the quonset hut.  Tammara cleaned her cat box and I put it down the holes.  A constant battle!
Expecting a good day, hoping your is good too.  Sally
