It was raining hard for awhile before my rain gauge started working, must have been froze. Even so it reads 2.76 inches.
The public health nurse was here yesterday. Darel is comfortable and can get out so the nurse won't continue to visit. He asked if we wanted back on hospice, we said no. His blood pressure reading was very low yesterday but he wasn't dizzy. His numbers are often all over the place.
Yesterday the roads were not good, even though it was raining hard it was foggy. We decided it was a good day to stay home. i have 300 letters ready to mail. We'll go to town later today for ink and mail them. this morning I want to clean the bird feeders and spread ashes where ever I walk. It is good I've been saving the ashes, every where I walk is smooth, shiny ice. Except out to the bird feeders. I'd never shoveled back there so it is crunchy snow.
Gilbert changed the oil in the tractor yesterday. He won't have to take time to do that when he is ready to rototill this spring.
Have a good day, Sally
