Darel had a good day yesterday.  His pulse were in the normal range for the first time in ten days or so.  He has been working hard, doing the exercises the therapist gave him.  They did not seem so hard yesterday.  He is determined to maintain the strength he has.  Last week he kept looking for words, that's not a problem this week.
I did little besides redoing the mailing list yesterday. Hoping to finish it today.  Took a break in the evening when Heather and Mike stopped in.  They picked up some chicken and bird feed for me.  Cold and snow equals hungry birds.  Chicken feed went up two dollars a bag.  That is a big jump in a month.  Heather and my conservations seem centered around seeds and gardens.  Johnny's has sent out a list of seeds in short supply.  We may not be able to get the red and orange peppers we want.  Heather and I did talk about clothes and how thankful we are that Kendra didn't get hurt.  Heather would be happy to lose weight as I try not to .
     Have a good day, Sally
